Dolomites, Climbing Lacedelli, Cima Scotoni - Arrampicate in Dolomiti

On the s-w face of Cima Scotoni there are many classic climbs. Scoiattoli was the first route that resolved the face in 1952, a logic way through crags, long traverse, and an hoveranging slab in the first part that was won with a human pyramid. This picture shows exactly the third (and the key) pitch. Sound rock and and beautiful scenery, with Scotoni lake under your feet. Enjoy!
